Jez WhitworthHost: Together with a background in software development and his teaching experience, Jez is able to create innovative and exciting approaches to deliver fun and creative lessons for all ages and abilities. He is Head of Computer Science at a special needs school and is the founder of First Coding which offers creative coding courses in and around the Salisbury area.

In this class, Jez will introduce students to the algorithms for searching and sorting data, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each method.

Students will be introduced to the different algorithms for searching and sorting data, whilst gaining an understanding of the benefits of each method: Binary and Linear searching; Bubble and Merge sorting.

Students will also practice how answers to typical GCSE questions surrounding searching and sorting are to be presented - allowing them to gain a truly clear understanding and build confidence ahead of exams.
