In this class, Jez will introduce you to binary and the methods involved with converting and calculating file sizes. This is part of a series of three classes covering the topic in small, short burst lessons. 

Part 1: Binary Introduction. Learners will be introduced to working with binary, including how binary to decimal conversions, binary shifts and binary addition.

Part 2: Calculating image file sizes. Learners will gain an understanding of image file size calculation and the factors that affect the outcome.

Part 3: Calculating sound file sizes. Similar to image file size calculation, learners will be introduced to the techniques required to calculate the sizes of sound files.

This is a great series to truly help you get a clear understanding of what can be a difficult topic in computing for many.
