Learning about a day in the life of a CEO
Kieran HewkinHost: Keiran is the CEO of two furniture companies that he founded. A manufacturing professional by trade but one that is completely “unqualified” for it in the traditional sense, Kieran is keen to show students alternative routes to entrepreneurship.

This is a great class which looks at a number of different careers within one.

In the class, Kieran will talk about what it means to work in industry as opposed to services. Students will get an insight into the opportunities that are out there for people. He will discuss what led him to start his own company, and why he thinks risk taking and entrepreneurship is something that can be learnt.

Hearing individual career journeys can really help students decide what career the might be the one for them.
