Host: Niamh is a professional actor, writer and tutor with vast experience in tutoring and facilitating lessons in Drama and English.Do you want to get the most out of watching live performances and be able to relay your observations for exams or teacher assessments? This class will help students engage with live performances in order to produce their own notes and analyse effectively.
Students will learn how to adapt their approach to viewing live performance in a more critical way, considering what to look out for in order to develop a better understand of what they are watching - the skills learnt in this class can be utilised across Drama studies as well as in certain aspect of English lessons.

This class is suitable for all ages, especially those in Year 10-11 or S4-S5 studying Drama or those who have an interest in live performance.
Class requirements:
Students will require a laptop with internet connection to view the class. A pen and notepad will also be required during the lesson.
What to expect:
- This class will take place online via a Zoom webinar.
- For live classes, please arrive promptly. Students' cameras and microphones are disabled by default.
- For on demand classes, students will be watching a recording of a previous live class.
- Once you have signed up, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can view details of the class, and re-watch it in the future.
- Students will be sent confirmation of the class to their email address if provided.
