It is important in performing arts to dedicate the time to warm up ahead of a performance. In this class, students will learn how to find focus and gain control over how you approach a performance. Niamh will provide insight into the importance of a warm up before any performance and help students develop their own warm up routines and examples of what you can include. This is a great class for students looking to improve their own performance and understand the importance of these practices.
