Host: Savanna (Production Arts Makeup Level 3, TONI & GUY Diploma colour specialist) is a colour specialist at TONI&GUY. It is the highest qualification any hairdresser can achieve. Creative in all aspects, she also studied Production Arts Make-up, which ranges from Bridal Make-up to Special FX & Prosthetics. Savanna is keen to give any advice to anyone considering a career in the Hair & Beauty industry.Bruises are a very common special effect whether their is a fight scene in a movie or it adds to a costume! In this special FX themed class, students will be shown how to create 'special effects bruises' which are commonly seen on TV and film. Often we see aged bruises on screen and with class students can learn how they are created. This Hair & Beauty mini series students will gain insight into a range of skills and information from the industry and is perfect for any student with an interest in special FX or make up!

Class requirements:
Students will require a laptop with internet connection to view the class. A pen and notepad will also be required during the lesson.
What to expect:
- This class will take place online via a Zoom webinar.
- For live classes, please arrive promptly. Students' cameras and microphones are disabled by default.
- For on demand classes, students will be watching a recording of a previous live class.
- Once you have signed up, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can view details of the class, and re-watch it in the future.
- Students will be sent confirmation of the class to their email address if provided.
