Tas ParveenHost: Tas is a Qualified Secondary Teacher specialising in Maths with a background of Accounting and Finance. She has worked in several schools over a period of 5 years - including as a numeracy co-ordinator, working with pupils aged 11-16 with gifted and talented, SEN and EAL pupils. Tas has also worked as a private Tutor with GCSE and KS3 pupils helping them to increase their grades as much as 3 steps over a space of 2 years.

To build on an understanding of mathematical formulae, it is important to understand how these formulae can then be rearranged.

In this class, students will look at how to change the subject of a formula using an inverse operation. Tas will explain the thinking behind the methods which allows students to truly consolidate their learning.

This is a great class either to revise the topic or to get ahead and understand the topic before it is covered in future education.
