Every 2D shape has a different formula to calculate area which can become confusing! In this session, students will be introduced to the concept of area of 2D shapes and will learn how to calculate the areas of some standard 2D shapes. Students will also learn how to calculate the area of compound shapes. This class is aimed at students in Years 10 and 11 who are just learning the topic or want to boost their confidence!
