Robin Sedman-SmithHost: I currently teach French in a school in Shropshire and am learning Spanish. I lived in Germany for two years, and spent 13 years teaching German in a grammar school where I still work as a boarding tutor.

This lesson follows on from the basic introduction to the past tense. In this lesson, the past tense is revised, before students take part in a conversation around the topic of daily routine / the school day, using a mixture of past and present tense. You will also get a chance to practise your speaking, so you can carry out your German conversations in the past tense.

This class is very helpful for students of German to practise speaking in the past tense, with the added opportunity to recap and revise how to construct sentences, which is key in excelling in languages.

Safeguarding reminder:The safety of your child is of the utmost importance. All of our classes are pre-recorded to remove any concerns around live participation.
