Surds are used when detailed accuracy is required in a calculation. In this class, students will gain a better understanding of what a surd is as well as how to simplify as surd. Students will also learn how to expand and simplify brackets containing surds. This lesson uses an abundance of examples to help guide and challenge students. Students in Years 10 and 11 will find this class especially useful and it would make a great revision tool for them!
