In this class Rosie will show you how to make the ice cream base and then will guide you through how to make chocolate chip cookie dough (to add to the ice cream and to bake!). This delicious treat is great for any age, but may require adult supervision.

Ingredients:
- 600 ml double cream
- 350g condensed milk
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- Space in the fridge and the freezer, small compartment is fine
- 350g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 225g unsalted butter, softened
- 150g granulated sugar
- 130g dark brown sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 150g choc chips
