Rachel Williams Host: Rachel is a Senior Parliamentary Advisor at the RSPCA. She works on a wide range of campaigns to improve animal welfare. Rachel works on issues as varied as banning the keeping of primates as pets to introducing clearer labelling on food products that come from animals.

Do you want to support animal welfare? Rachel will help you think about how to make change on issues you care about. In other words, how to be a campaigner. In this class, students will use the RSPCA’s campaigns on animal welfare to gain insight into the basics of campaigning on any issue. The basics include: what we mean when we talk about campaigning, how a campaign works, who is involved and how you can get involved - and maybe even start your own campaigns!

Join Rachel in this class to really understand what a campaigner does and how they can affect real change to better the standards for animals. This is a fantastic class for students who are driven to make a difference and/or those who love animals!
