Host: Nancy is the brand designer and creative director of Aligned Design Co. The company started out 6 years ago with Nancy freelancing solo, and has grown to a flexible team of freelancers who come together on projects covering brand design, copywriting, website creation, packaging design and more.Are you interested in a career in design? In this class, Nancy will talk through a day in the life of a brand designer and creative director. She will discuss the journey she took in her career to get there, what helped along the way, and describe a typical day in the office. Nancy will also discuss skills that she utilises every day in the job as well as covering some of the highs and lows. Students will gain an incredible amount of real life knowledge into the day of a brand designer and maybe find a career that interests them!
