We are all guilty of procrastinating from time to time, but, procrastination can really start to impact your schoolwork if you don't know to work on it. In this class, students will gain a better understanding of the psychology behind procrastination, as well as some simple self-motivation techniques for combating it. This class is really useful for students who could benefit from some guidance on how to focus and make the most out of their lessons.
