Jude WilliamsHost: My name is Jude Williams. I studied BA and MA Ceramics in Cardiff and am now a Secondary School Teacher in England. Currently I teach KS3 Art and Design, GCSE Art and Design, A Level Fine Art and A Level Photography. Luckily I live in the beautiful Welsh countryside so I have lots of inspiration around me!

We all deal with stress and it's important that we find ways to cope! This class will teach students how to use patterns to create a calm and mindful experience. You don't have to be an "artist"! You can simply relax your mind and spend time creating your own artworks. After this class, students will know what a zentangle is, how to create different patterns, and have another skill for relaxing! This class is great for younger and older students alike, even parents!
