Synonyms for assertive include confident, positive, bold, and decisive. In this class, students will gain a better understanding of what assertiveness is and why it's an important attribute to have in many facets of life. Students will also be guided through how assertiveness differs from being aggressive or 'standoffish' before focusing on some techniques. This class is suitable for all students and is an important life skill to possess for inside and outside of school!
