The definition of acceptance is "general agreement that something is satisfactory or right". Sometimes, things are easier said than done! In this class, students will be guided through how to deal with judgmental people, how to distinguish between those who have your best interests at heart, and those whose judgements and opinions do not need to take up space in your mind.

This workshop is geared towards learning exactly how you can accept yourself and the choices you make for your own life.  We will also discover why as humans  we can sometimes find that difficult to do.
