We all get stressed sometimes, and boredom is a natural human response to things that we don’t find interesting. But if you feel like stress and boredom are really affecting your studies, this class will teach you some core techniques for managing your responses, and getting the best from your study time.
Rosie will teach you some simple coaching skills to help you manage stress and anxiety, which you can use at school, at home, and before exams or presentations. You will also learn how to motivate yourself when you have to study for those subjects that just aren’t for you.
This workshop will help you get the best out of your studies by managing your responses, and applying your best self in the classroom, or at home.
