You don't need a lot of fancy equipment to get fit from the comfort of your own home. If you are looking for some motivation to get moving this is the perfect class for you. Professional Personal Trainer, Patrick, is going to show you his favourite workouts to do at home with no equipment! 

This class will include two rounds of 8 exercises: each involve 30 seconds of working followed by 30 seconds of resting (as well as a warm up and cool down). Students will learn some good, simple habits from this class to work towards whatever goal they have set themselves. Students will be able to use parts of the class to develop their own routine using skills they learn from Patrick. Taking time to focus on your fitness can be a fantastic way to motivate and focus yourself in other aspects of your life.
