Bex GillamHost: Bex hopes to bring a bit of humour and humility to yoga and wellbeing through her classes and writing. Having trained in India, the Netherlands and London, she now teaches ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and pregnancy yoga, with meditation and breathwork. There are many benefits to learning Yoga - for fitness, for relaxation or to focus your thoughts to help improve other aspects of your life. This is part of a mini-series of Yoga classes from Bex, at AuNatch, which provides students with a fantastic introduction to yoga. You don't need to have attended all other classes for this one to be valuable though!

In this class, students will start practicing one-leg balances, including tree and eagle pose, and work them into a grounding stretchy flow with some more developed backbends.
