There are many benefits to learning Yoga - for fitness, for relaxation or to focus your thoughts to help improve other aspects of your life.
This is part of a mini-series of Yoga classes from Bex, at AuNatch, which provides students with a fantastic introduction to yoga. You don't need to have attended all other classes for this one to be valuable though!
In this class, Bex will develop the flowing transitions of vinyasa yoga, introducing triangle poses and twists within poses. Building up more yoga techniques for students to practice at home and allow them to have focussed, yet relaxing, breaks between lessons!

This class is suitable for all ages, especially for students aged 15+.
Students will require a laptop with internet connection to view the class. A pen and notepad will also be required during the lesson.
