Everyone has opinions, even from a young age! Therefore, opinion writing is an important topic for all students to learn how to do well. In this class, students will get an overview of opinion writing and work on an assignment: ‘Prisons do more harm than good.’ They will also be shown how to use a range of persuasive techniques as well as how to structure a convincing and engaging argument. This class is great for students in Year 8 and above who want to improve their writing.
