In today's session we are going to be 'Creating a Positive Attitude to Food with School Packed Lunches.'
Both parents and students, will get an introduction to how to create positive attitudes towards food through school packed lunches. School packed lunches can be key into creating a positive attitude towards food for your children. Rebecca's primary goal is to allow both parents and students feel relaxed around food, whereby they are always listening to their own internal cues to become fully competent eaters.
This short session is fantastic to raise awareness for both parents and children to the food that they eat and the roles that they both play when it comes to a school packed lunch!
