Host: Nick has been a barber for over 4 years now after deciding to retrain from being a welder. He took an adult learning course at Leek College to earn his qualifications and currently is a tutor there in the barbering department. In addition, Nick is the director of Gardeners Barber and Hair Co and has opened three shops of his own. Nick is excited to share his knowledge with students!While walking along the high street you have probably seen many barber shops! Have you ever wondered what a day is like as a barber or what it takes to become a barber?
In this class, Nick will discuss what his day is like as a barber and the journey to becoming a barber. He will also share with students alternative routes into the industry. Students will also gain a better understanding of the skills barbers utilise as well as the high and lows. This class is great for any students who has an interest in becoming a barber or is curious to learn more!

Class requirements:
You will need a laptop or device with internet connection to watch the class, as well as a pen and notepad for taking notes.
What to expect:
- This class will take place online via a Zoom webinar.
- For live classes, please arrive promptly. Students' cameras and microphones are disabled by default.
- For on demand classes, students will be watching a recording of a previous live class.
- Once you have signed up, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can view details of the class, and re-watch it in the future.
