'Fight', 'Flight', or 'Freeze'? Anxiety can feel debilitating at times, but there is a reason for it. In this class, students will gain a better understanding on why we experience anxiety to help give them the context. Students will then learn a technique in mindfulness that they can practice to strengthen their own coping mechanisms. This class can help anyone who has felt anxious before, or has dealt with feelings that are close to anxiety, or even for students who want to understand more about what anxiety is and how it can impact lives.
