Have you ever wondered about the link between eating and your feelings?  This can be linked to something that experts call emotional eating.  In today's session we are going to be learning how to enjoy all foods and overcome emotional eating. Join Rebecca in this essential class to understand the many ways that the whole family can eat for health and vitality.
